Seven Pines Counseling

Seven Pines is named for the row of towering pines that line the west side of our property—majestic trees that stand strong against the wind, creating a quiet, protected space. That peacefulness is what I hope to offer my clients: a calm, safe place where they can feel grounded, seen, and supported. Counseling is more than a service—it’s a relationship. I walk alongside my clients through life’s complexities, offering support, perspective, and compassion as they navigate challenges and growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, a major life transition, or the quiet ache of loneliness, this is a space where your story matters. My work includes supporting individuals through women’s issues, grief, codependency, bipolar disorder, caregiver stress, spiritual exploration, parental alienation or estrangement, attachment and bonding concerns, and physical wellness.
